CAN I TRANSFER MY EXISTING BOOKING TO A DIFFERENT SESSION?
Subject to availability, you absolutely can. Contact our ‘info@monsterjump.com.au’ with the below info:-Name and Email address you used to book your order-The session day and time you would like to be moved into
CAN MY CHILD UNDER 5 YEARS GO ON THE COURSE ALONE?
No. Children 4 years old and under must have one adult accompany them on the course at all times. The child will require a session wristband, but the adult can accompany the child free of charge when you purchase the Toddler Pass.
DO I NEED TO PRINT TICKETS OR CAN I SHOW THEM ON MY PHONE?
If you have access to a printer we recommend printing your tickets as this will speed up your check in process, but so long as you can show your QR Code tickets on your phone you will be good to go!
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON SITE OR ARE THEY ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE?
To guarantee your spot we recommend purchasing in advance online. Sessions do often completely sell out in advance of the event. If a session is sold out online this means it is full. No more tickets will be available on-site on the day for that specific session.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A PRE-PURCHASED TICKET?
All sales are final and there are no refunds due to poor weather conditions*.
To avoid disappointment we recommend checking your calendar and selecting the date and time of your visit carefully.

Suitable for ages 3+.Under 5 years require an accompanying adult/carer.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at the door, availability dependent.
We suggest you book online prior to avoid disappointment.
If it rains
In the event of heavy rain or high wind we will post on social media by 9am with an update on the operating status for that day.
*In the event of a closure due to weather, passes may be used on an alternate date.
